Eagle Point is a 135 acre multi-use property with three houses available for rent in winter and summer.
In the fall the property is reserved in its entirety for destination weddings. Our main property includes
132 acres bordering the White Mountain National Forest. Eagle Point’s on-site hiking trails connect
directly to National Forest Service trails, and in the winter these trails are maintained by the local
snowmobile club.
A 3 acre parcel with dedicated parking provides our guests access to a shared private beach on Stinson
Lake. Ours is one of the few beaches on Stinson Lake, and dockage is available for small boats.
Summer Rentals
Summer rentals are available from late June through Labor Day on a weekly basis. The rental period
during the summer is from Saturday through Saturday. Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is 10 a.m.
Eagle point owns a 3 acre property fronting on Stinson Lake. Guests staying on our main property share
access to the beach. Guests are welcomed to bring their own canoes, kayaks, or small motor craft.
Winter Rentals
Winter Rentals are available as full-season rentals from November 1 through March 31. Monthy rentals
may be available pending availability. Eagle Point is an ideal destination for winter sports lovers, and
especially snowmobilers. Our on-site trail system is maintained by the local snowmobile club. Hop on
your machine, and be on the local and State of New Hampshire trail systems in just minutes. And Eagle
Point is only 2 hours from Boston, so you are on-site and riding in no time.
Skiers have easy access to four major ski areas less than an hour drive from Eagle Point. Cannon, Loon,
Waterville Valley and Tenney Mountain all beckon you to test your skills. Whatever your pleasure, Eagle
Point is a great location to serve as your winter getaway!
Our Homes
The three homes at Eagle Point each offer a unique style. The Lake House is a traditional Cape style
home with commanding views of Carr Mountain and Stinson Lake, and can sleep up to 18. The Eagle
House offers rustic knotty pine wainscoting, and has a huge deck and double ringed fire pit. Eagle house
sleeps 12.
Coming in 2021, the Mountain House is a post & beam contemporary and sits at the highest elevation
